Mr Usama Ahmed (from ENT, Romford Hospital) explained the forward programme for diagnosis and treatment of my skin lesion (similar to Eczema and Bowen's ) and answered my few queries in a professional manner. He identified himself as an ear/nose/throat specialist, rather than dermatologist, but with the unavoidable backlog in the NHS due to Covid I accept this and I am pleased that he took my skin sample for lab analysis and histology.

I attended Bevan Ward at Princes Alexandra Hospital in Harlow for a minor procedure to have a growth removed from the back of my left hand. I received excellent care throughout both from Mr Usama Ahmed and Helen the assistant nurse.
